Attending the ceremony, on the MPI's side, there were leaders of Ministry and some units. On the Committee on Financial and Budgetary Affairs' side, leaders of the Committee hornoredly received the Medal included: Mr. Phung Quoc Hien, Member of the Central Committee of Vietnamese Communist Party, Chairman of Committee on Financial and Budgetary Affairs of the NA; Mr. Tran Van, Dinh Van Nha, Dinh Trinh Hai, Bui Dang Dung, Vice Chairmen of the Committee and representatives of some units of the Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister Bui Quang Vinh congratulated who received this prestigious award. This is the most noble title of Planning and Investment sector for Vietnamese and foreign individuals, organizations contributing to the development of Planning and Investment sector. He affirmed that Committee on Financial and Budgetary Affairs of the NA plays an important role in political system and in the NA, relating to many fields of the MPI, not only budget – finance but also macroeconomic issues.

Minister Bui Quang Vinh highly appreciated coordination between the Committee and the MPI and their support for the MPI to successfully complete tasks that the Party, Government and people entrusted.

At the ceremony, on the behalf of the leaders received Medal, Mr. Phung Quoc Hien expressed his delight to be received this award, especially on the ocassion of 70^th anniversary of the traditional day of Planning and Investment sector. He stressed that the Committee on Financial and Budgetary Affairs and the MPI always propose similar views and desired that the two sides continue to coordinate together for the common cause of Vietnam./.
