Specifically, roads,overpasses, underpasses, intercity bus stations, static traffic yards);Mobilizing investment capital for road transport infrastructure development(Mobilizing capital for investment in road transport infrastructure developmentis understood as the mobilization of state and private investment capital bystate agencies to develop road transport infrastructure in the area accordingto law and according to the planned planning;identified); Point out 06 factorsaffecting capital mobilization for investment in road transport infrastructuredevelopment; Identify 10 indicators on assessment of mobilization results andefficiency of use of mobilized capital for investment in road transportinfrastructure development in centrally-run cities.

New findings and proposals drawn from the research and survey resultsof the thesis

Provide a scientific basis forplanning policies for the development of road transport infrastructure in Hanoiand propose orientations and solutions to increase the results and efficiencyof using capital mobilized for road transport infrastructure development inHanoi until 2030. Specifically: (i) Assessing the situation of capitalmobilization for road transport infrastructure development in Hanoi, pointingout the successes and limitations of capital mobilization in recent years. Atthe same time point out the causes of successes and limitations; Proposeorientations and 5 groups of solutions to enhance mobilization and improve theefficiency of using capital mobilized for investment in road transportinfrastructure development in Hanoi until 2030: (i) Quickly concretize statelaws and complete specific policies on capital mobilization for investment inroad transport infrastructure development in the city of Hanoi; (ii) Improvethe efficiency of management, administration, capital mobilization andinvestment in road transport infrastructure development in Hanoi; (iii) Enhancesocio-economic development in Hanoi on the basis of modernization; (iv)Increase the participation of political organizations and people in mobilizingcapital for investment in road transport infrastructure development in Hanoi;(v) Organize transport in Hanoi in the direction of modernity and build anadvanced traffic culture for the people.
