Responsibilities: Assists the President in managing the Institute's general affairs, including: 

- Advises, formulates, and provides critical review on economic and financial policies related to financial market development and social insurance, including social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; 

- Manages external relations and cooperation within assigned tasks;

- Performs other duties as assigned by the President.

Directly in charge of: the Division of Financial Markets and Services Development; the Division of Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance Policy.
