Responsibilities: Assists the President in managing the Institute's general affairs, including: 

- Advises, formulates, and provides critical review on economic and finance policies related to statistical development;

- Oversees administrative management, facilities, assets, and workplace equipments of the Institute;

- Supervises the activities of the Institute’s Trade Union; 

- Manages external relations and cooperation within assigned tasks;

- Performs other duties as assigned by the President.

Directly in charge of: the Division of Policy and Statistical Science.
