Responsibilities: Assists the President in managing the Institute's general affairs, including: 

- Advises, formulates, and provides critical review on economic and finance policy related to enterprise development and the business environment;

- Oversee public communication and information dissemination; 

- Managing the Institute’s library, online information portal, and publications; 

- Coordinating external relations and cooperation within the assigned tasks; 

- Performing other duties as assigned by the President.

Directly in charge of: the Division of Enterprise Development and Business Environment; the Center for Economic, Financial, and Statistical Information.
