Academic Title/Degree: Doctor of Philosophy in Economics

Responsibilities: Assists the President in managing the Institute's general affairs, including:  

- Advises, formulates, and provides critical review on economic and finance policies related to international finance and integration; regional planning and development, and the Institute’s international cooperation activities; 

- Oversees the Institute’s consulting activities and manages external relations and cooperation within assigned tasks;

- Performs other duties as assigned by the President.

Directly in charge of: the Division of International Cooperation and Integration Policy; the Division of Regional Planning and Development.
