Dr. Le Thi Thuy Van

Position: Vice President; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Institute.

Academic Title/Degree: Doctor of Philosophy in Economics

Responsibilities: Assists the President in managing the Institute's general affairs, including: 

- Oversees scientific and technological management within the Ministry of Finance and the National Institute for Economic and Finance; 

- Advises, formulates, and provides critical review on the economic and finance (public finance) policies; 

- Supervises the development and planning of scientific and technological budget estimates; 

- Manages the external affairs and cooperation within the assigned tasks; 

- Assigns the incoming documents to responsible divisions within the Institute in the President’s absence;

- Supervises the activities of the Institute’s Youth Union.

Directly in charge of: Division of Public Finance Policy and Division of Science Management.
